RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason.

Products purchased on the wyconcosmetics.com website can be returned within 30 days of their receipt, provided that the buyer notifies the seller no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods or by registered mail with return receipt to the following address: Piazza IV Novembre, 4-20124 Milan; or by email to [email protected].

The Customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice WYCON S.p.A Via Boscofangone - Interporto di Nola- Lotto C3 - 80035 - Nola (NA), following the instructions therein contained, within 30 days of receipt of goods.

The costs of returning the products purchased on wyconcosmetics.com are borne by the customer.

We underline that the articles must be intact for the return to be approved.

Once the return is approved, the customer will receive the amount in the same method with which the purchase was made; we will send the customer an email to confirm that the amount will be paid to the account within a few days.

It is important to note that the timing of the refund on your credit card depends on your bank.

If the refunded amount is incorrect: the customer should contact the WYCON cosmetics' customer service that will solve the problem as soon as possible.

WYCON cosmetics reserves the right to refuse refunds communicated or sent after the set period or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
