The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the customer in the order form. Registering on our site you can access the reserved section My Account and from here you can manage an address book for delivery of your orders. The order status will always be found in the section My Account.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.

The moment when the order is delivered to the courier you will be sent an email with instructions how to check the location of the parcel from the courier receiving it until actual delivery.

On delivery day with Courier Espresso GLS a second email will be sent to inform the customer that the delivery will take place that day.

Delivery is considered completed when the product is given to the customer at the address specified in the order form.

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by WYCON cosmetics, the customer must carefully check:

a) That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;

b) That the number of pieces delivered is as indicated in the delivery note.

Any damage to the package and products or a mismatch in the number of parts/items or instructions must be immediately reported by the customer, who can contact WYCON cosmetics Customer Service specifying the order which contains the errors.

DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY

DHL Express On Demand Delivery is the multi-device service that allows the recipient to independently manage the delivery of their order,

customising it according to their specific needs, thanks to the different options available.

 

·         The recipient receives information concerning the Estimated Delivery Date via email and SMS

·         The service is completely free

·         Allows recipient to track their order

·         Allows recipient to change the date and place of delivery

·         No need for specific computer tools or applications

ALLOWS RECIPIENT TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE TO ONE THAT IS MORE CONVENIENT

The recipient can change the delivery date of their order if the one that has been scheduled is not  convenient (within max 7  calendar days).

REQUEST TO KEEP THE ORDER WHILE RECIPIENT IS ON HOLIDAY

If the recipient is on holiday, they can delay the delivery for a period of up to 30 calendar days.

COLLECT GOODS OR DOCUMENTS AT ALL DHL POINTS

The recipient may indicate their

most convenient DHL point as a place of delivery and personally pick up their order at their preferred time.

CHANGING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

The recipient can decide to change their order's place of delivery and opt for a more convenient address, depending on the scheduled date.

LEAVE ORDER AT FRONT DOOR

The recipient authorises the courier, in their absence, to leave the order at their front door (or other location) without a signature.

DELIVER ORDER TO A NEIGHBOUR

In case of the absence of the recipient, the courier is authorised to leave the order with a neighbour  specified by the recipient.
