Shipping Information
WYCON cosmetics ships throughout Italy, using GLS Express Courier to ensure the best service in terms of time, delivery guarantees, and customer service.
Italy mainland: within 2-3 working days of order confirmation.
Islands: within 3/4 working days from order confirmation.
Upon shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the delivery using the courier's tracking service.
In some hard-to-reach areas (for example, high mountains and small islands) delivery may take additional days.
Delivery times may be delayed during holidays; carriers do not deliver on holidays. Due to promotional events such as Black Friday, Wycon Days, and seasonal sales, 48-hour shipping is not guaranteed, so order delivery may be delayed.
Delivery times may also be delayed due to force majeure such as weather conditions, cyclones, earthquakes, droughts, strikes, and epidemics.
In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, recipient absent), the courier will make a second delivery attempt. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to sender. Any storage or reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For payments via bank transfer, an additional business day must be added to the standard shipping times for administrative checks, and shipping times will be calculated from the date of payment confirmation. This may cause significant delays in shipping your order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
For shipments to non-EU countries, VAT is not charged at the time of purchase.
However, any customs duties and local taxes will be calculated and collected by the courier upon delivery, in accordance with the destination country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery methods
Products ordered on wyconcosmetics.com are delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering. By registering on the site, the customer can manage an address book in the personal "My Account" section, where they can also track the status of their order.
Shipments are made via GLS Express Courier from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding national holidays. Once the order is handed over to the courier, the customer receives an email containing the tracking code. A second email will be sent on the day of delivery to inform the customer of the package's arrival.
Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the Customer at the indicated address.
Upon receipt, the Customer is required to check: that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and untampered with; and that the number of packages received corresponds to that indicated on the transport document.
Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier and to our Customer Service, indicating the order number and the problem encountered.
Failure to deliver
If the recipient is absent, GLS will send an email with a link to reschedule the delivery, allowing you to choose a day and time slot (morning or afternoon). If delivery is still not possible on the agreed-upon day, our Customer Service will attempt to contact you within the next 9 business days.
If it is not possible to arrange a new delivery, or in the event of a further absence, the products will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, after 30 days from the return date, the contract will be automatically terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, and the order will be cancelled. WYCON cosmetics will refund the amount paid, net of the following costs: return of the goods to the sender, storage at the courier, and reshipment, if requested.
The refund will be communicated via email and credited via bank transfer: the Customer must provide a valid IBAN in the name of the order holder.
If, before the 30-day deadline, the Customer requests a new shipment, WYCON cosmetics may proceed upon payment of the costs indicated above.
Payment Methods
WYCON cosmetics offers several secure and certified payment methods to meet the needs of both national and international customers. All payments are processed via encrypted connections and comply with the European PSD2 Directive (2015/2366/EU) for the protection of electronic transactions.
Orders placed from Eurozone countries are paid in euros. Orders from countries outside the Eurozone will be settled in US dollars (USD). Any conversion is handled by the bank or payment service provider chosen by the customer.

- Bank transfer – according to the costs set by the customer's bank
- Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Scalapay – payment in 3 installments (minimum €29.90)
Payment with PayPal
PayPal is a fast and secure system. When you pay, you'll be redirected to the PayPal platform to log in to your account and confirm the transaction.
The amount will be charged immediately to your PayPal account or associated card (Visa, Mastercard, PostePay, etc.). Sensitive data is never shared with WYCON cosmetics.
In case of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded directly to the Customer's PayPal account.
Payment by bank transfer
By selecting “Bank Transfer” at checkout, the Customer will receive the details to make the payment:

It is mandatory to indicate the order number in the reason for payment.
The order will be processed only after the bank transfer has been received. The products remain held in the warehouse until payment is confirmed. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment with Scalapay
Scalapay allows you to pay in three equal monthly installments, interest-free, for orders over €29.90. Payment is available to customers residing in:
Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Finland.
How it works:
The first installment is charged at the time of ordering.
The next two installments will be charged 30 and 60 days apart.
In the event of withdrawal in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale, the installments already paid will be refunded by Scalapay.
The Customer acknowledges that the installments may be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl or to third parties. The terms and conditions of use of the service are available at the official Scalapay link:

Payment security
All transactions take place in a secure environment and via SSL/TLS encrypted connection. WYCON cosmetics never accesses or stores credit card data. The information is managed directly by the payment providers in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
Products purchased on the wyconcosmetics.com website can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the buyer notifies the seller no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods or by registered mail with return receipt to the following address:

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address WYCON SpA Via Interporto di Nola - Interporto di Nola- Lotto C3 - 80035 - Nola (NA) - Italy
The costs of returning products purchased on wyconcosmetics.com are borne by the Customer.
Please note that items must be intact to be approved for return and must be shipped carefully, using, if necessary, proper and adequate packaging to prevent damage or destruction.
Once the shipment has been made, the customer must send a communication to info@wyconcosmetics.com, including the return shipping code along with the order number for which the return is requested.
In any case, the Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
Once the refund is approved, the customer will receive the refund via the same payment method used to place the order or via bank transfer. They will be required to provide an IBAN with the account holder. We will send the customer an email confirming that the refund will be transferred to their account within a few days.
If the refunded amount is incorrect: the Customer will contact WYCON cosmetics customer service who will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
WYCON cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when received.
WITHDRAWAL CONTRACT - SCALAPAY
If, under the conditions and in compliance with these General Conditions, the Customer wishes to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, Scalapay will refund the amount of the installments already paid. The Customer declares to be aware of and accepts that the contractual conditions relating to the Scalapay payment/financing method and the information relating to the relationship between the Customer and Scalapay Srl (a relationship to which WYCON Spa is a third party and therefore external) are available at the following link: Scalapay information.

6. PROMOTIONS BY PARTICIPATION LEVEL
6.1. FOLLOWER LEVEL (0–149 W-coins)
Welcome discount: €5 off selected products with a minimum spend of €29.90, subject to registration and validation of email and phone number. Not valid on GIFT CARDS and E-GIFT CARDS. Cannot be combined with the birthday promotion.
Birthday discount: 10% off your first purchase, valid from the 15th day before to the 15th day after your birthday. Cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. Not valid on products already on sale, gift cards, or e-gift cards.
6.2. LOVER LEVEL (150–499 W-coins)
Level discount: 10% off selected non-promotional products. Cannot be combined with other current promotions. Not valid on Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards.
Birthday discount: 15% off your first purchase, valid from the 15th day before to the 15th day after your birthday. Cannot be combined with the 10% tier discount. Not valid on products already on sale, gift cards, or e-gift cards.
6.3. AMBASSADOR LEVEL (from 500 W-coins)
Level discount: 15% off selected non-promotional products. Cannot be combined with other current promotions. Not valid on Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards.
Birthday discount: 20% off your first purchase, valid from the 15th day before to the 15th day after your birthday. Cannot be combined with the 15% level discount. Not valid on products already on sale, gift cards, or e-gift cards.
Birthday gift: available on selected products reserved for AMBASSADOR users.
7. GENERAL CLAUSES
Promotions cannot be combined with each other unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts are personal, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
WYCON reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions for good cause, giving notice on the website and in stores.

7. PURPOSE
The Program allows Participants to receive discounts, benefits, and promotions based on their participation and accumulated W-coin balance. Benefits are available online and in-store.
8. PROGRAM DURATION
The Program is active from January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025. Any extensions will be communicated on the Website and in Stores.
9. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Registration for the Program is free and can be done:
online on the Site;
at the shops.
To complete registration, you must enter the required information and validate your email address and phone number. Only individuals for personal use may participate; VAT-registered individuals for professional purposes are excluded.
10. W-COIN COLLECTION
10.1. In the Eurozone countries
1 W-coin for every €1 spent in-store or online.
W-coins are not awarded on:
amounts less than €1 or fractions;
expenses made with E-GIFT CARD or GIFT CARD (except at the time of purchase of the card itself);
purchases not correctly associated with the WYCON FAN profile;
W-coins are visible within 48 hours, barring technical issues. Returns cancel the associated W-coins.

11. PARTICIPATION LEVELS AND BENEFITS
The Program has 3 levels, assigned automatically based on the W-coins accumulated.
11.1. FOLLOWERS (0–149 W-coins)
€5 welcome discount on a minimum spend of €29.90 (cannot be combined with the birthday discount);
10% birthday discount valid on non-promotional products from the 15th day before to the 15th day after the birthday;
Access to loyalty promotions;
W-coin accumulation.
11.2. LOVER (150–499 W-coins)
Permanent 10% discount on non-promotional products;
15% birthday discount cannot be combined with the tier discount;
Access to exclusive promotions;
W-coin accumulation.
11.3. AMBASSADOR (from 500 W-coin)
Permanent 15% discount on non-promotional products;
20% birthday discount cannot be combined with the tier discount;
Birthday gift;
Early access to collections;
Exclusive promotions;
W-coin accumulation.
Note: All discounts are not valid on WOW GIFT CARD and E-WOW GIFT CARD and cannot be combined with each other or with other ongoing promotions.
12. CONSULTATION AND VALIDITY OF W-COIN BALANCE
Participants can view their balance by accessing the customer area on the Site.
The W-coins:
They are personal and non-transferable;
They expire on December 31, 2024. From midnight on January 1, 2025 the balance will be reset to zero and Participants will start again from the FOLLOWER level;
They can be disputed within 30 days of viewing the balance, with written and documented communication.
13. SUSPENSION OR INTERRUPTION OF THE PROGRAM
WYCON may suspend or interrupt the Program for just cause (art. 1990 of the Italian Civil Code), providing notice of the interruption at least 30 days in advance via the Website and in Stores.
14. REVOCATION OR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
The Participant can cancel the registration at any time by email to: fidelity@wyconcosmetics.com.
WYCON reserves the right to exclude a Participant for just cause (abuse, improper conduct), providing a reasoned notification. Revocation will result in the cancellation of the W-coin balance and the loss of associated benefits.
15. CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS
WYCON reserves the right to modify these Rules, ensuring that the changes do not infringe upon the rights already acquired by Participants. Any updates will be made public on the Website and in Stores.
16. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Participants' personal data will be processed by WYCON as Data Controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The information is available on the Website and in all Stores.
