COVID-19 EMERGENCY:

Due to the health emergency, shipments may be delayed.

For shipments extra UE, VAT amount is excluded. Duties or tax on your shipment will be determined according to the shipment country selected and will be paid on delivery.

WYCON cosmetics ships using UPS to ensure the best service in terms of speed, delivery and customer support.

All the Products purchased* on www.wyconcosmetics.com are usually delivered within 3/4 working days, after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays, carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01, during the week of August and on weekends. Furthermore, after the BLACK FRIDAY, during the WYCON WEEK, during the SALE, shipping within 48 hours is not guaranteed, therefore the delivery of the order may be delayed.

Delivery time are also subject to delays as a result of unforeseeable events such as weather conditions and/or strikes.

Processing timing will be calculated once the payment will be confirmed.
