Personal data provided voluntarily for registration for services and for participation in initiatives promoted by WYCON SpA or by third-party co-promoters;

Data relating to purchases made online or at WYCON cosmetics stores.

Note: This policy does not apply to websites outside the wyconcosmetics.com domain. WYCON SpA is not responsible for data processing performed by third parties outside this domain.

Data is processed within the European Union. For transfers outside the EU, appropriate safeguards will be implemented pursuant to Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, including any adequacy agreements, standard contractual clauses, or supplementary measures. The data subject will be clearly informed.

F. Nature of the data provision
Mandatory for the purposes referred to in points D.1 and D.2: failure to provide it will make it impossible to access the services.

Optional for marketing and profiling purposes: failure to provide consent does not preclude registration, but limits access to personalized offers and communications.

G. Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to:

Administrative data: retained for the duration required by law (fiscal, accounting).

Marketing and profiling data: retained for 24 months from the last consent or significant interaction.

1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to Articles 45 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods between WYCON SpA, with registered office in Piazza IV Novembre, 4 - 20124 Milan, VAT number 02317910186 ("WYCON cosmetics"), and the end consumer ("Customer"). The Contract is concluded upon acceptance by WYCON of a purchase proposal sent by the Customer via the website www.wyconcosmetics.com.

2. PRICES

All prices listed on the website include VAT and other applicable taxes. Shipping costs are included unless otherwise indicated. VAT is not applied to shipments to non-EU countries. Any customs duties or local taxes will be borne by the customer and paid upon delivery.

Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. Orders to Eurozone countries are settled in euros; for other countries, in US dollars.

3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS

The Customer can choose products by browsing the site's categories and following these steps:

Select the desired product and access the relevant sheet;

Choose any color variant;

Add the product to the cart;

Proceed with the order by following the instructions on the video.

Payment methods accepted:

Bank transfer

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINTS

Delivery usually occurs within 2-3 business days from order confirmation, barring exceptional circumstances. Delivery times may vary due to holidays, promotions (Black Friday, Christmas), adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Order acceptance is subject to product availability in stock. In the event of unavailability, WYCON will promptly inform the Customer and offer alternative solutions or a refund.

6. WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE

WYCON applies the legal guarantee provided for in Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code for all products sold. In the event of defects, the Customer has the right to have the goods restored to conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement.

7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer declares:

to be of age;

to be a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code;

to purchase exclusively for personal or family purposes (excluding purchases with VAT numbers);

that the data provided is true and correct.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products, by communicating this within 7 days of delivery by email to: info@wyconcosmetics.com, specifying the order number and the products to be returned.

The products must be:

intact and unused;

returned with adequate packaging;

sent to: WYCON SpA, Via Interporto di Nola - Lotto C3 - 80035 Nola (NA)

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons.

WYCON will refund the amount paid (minus return and storage costs) using the same payment method or by bank transfer to the IBAN provided. The amount will be confirmed by email.

WYCON reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline or with non-compliant products.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

WYCON is not responsible for delays or failures to perform due to force majeure (natural events, pandemics, strikes, etc.) and may suspend or terminate the contract, in whole or in part.

10. COMPETENT COURT

This contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within the Italian territory. Alternatively, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.

12. CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will prevail.
