For perfectly smooth lips, it is recommended to use the LIP SCRUB before outlining them with the pencil.

If gently blended inside the lips, it extends the wear of gloss and lipstick. Apply the pencil in a shade darker than the lipstick, then fill in with a lighter lipstick using the L202 brush. For a plumping effect and enhanced lips, apply the Filler Killer plumping gloss.
