WYCON SQUAD LOYALTY PROGRAMME RULES

THESE RULES GOVERN PARTICIPATION IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME NAMED WYCON SQUAD PROMOTED BY THE COMPANY WYCON S.P.A. WITH REGISTERED OFFICES AT PIAZZA IV NOVEMBRE, 4 - 20124 MILAN, VAT identification number 02317910186.

All participants in the WYCON SQUAD loyalty programme may consult these rules:

On the wyconcosmetics.com website;

On request at WYCON cosmetics points of sale. 

An original copy will also be kept at the registered offices of WYCON S.p.A.

 

ABBREVIATIONS

To facilitate the reading of this document, the following abbreviations will be used:

  • WYCON Squad loyalty programme rules: “Rules”
  • WYCON Squad loyalty programme: “Programme”
  • WYCON Squad programme participants: “Participants”
  • WYCON S.p.a.: “WYCON”
  • WYCON cosmetics stores: “Stores”
  • Website www.wyconcosmetics.com: “Website”

 

1. PURPOSE

The Programme allows each Participant to receive discounts, promotions and services valid on the Website and at all Stores. These benefits may be granted simply by participating in the Programme or by achieving a series of goals achieved by collecting points (hereinafter “W-coin”).

 

2. DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME

The Programme starts on 02/01/2019 and ends on 31/12/2019.

 

Any extensions will be promptly stated in the Programme Rules, which are updated and available on the Website and at all Stores.

 

3. PROGRAMME PARTICIPATION

Programme participation is on an individual basis and takes place through registration; this is granted entirely free of charge to any physical person who has reached the age of majority or is over 16 years of age.

 

Registration shall take place by completing a registration procedure that may be undertaken from the Website or in the Stores.

During registration, all data indicated as mandatory must be communicated, with true information provided. The incomplete communication of such data will not make it possible to register in the Programme or, consequently, to collect W-coins.

Registration will take place at the same time as the registration procedure.

Only those making purchases for personal or family use may participate in the Programme. Therefore, purchases made by holders of VAT numbers for commercial and professional activities are excluded. 

4. COLLECTING W-COINS

Each Participant may collect 1 W-coin for every €1 spent at WYCON cosmetics points of sale or on the wyconcosmetics.com website.

 

W-coins for purchases lower than €1 or for fractions of €1 will not be calculated and therefore not credited to the Participant.

 

All paid products and services on the Website and in the Stores allow W-coins to be accumulated. Only if paid for partially/totally with the E-WOW GIFT CARD and WOW GIFT CARD by the holder of the same, will they not generate any W-coin points (in terms of the value of the total cost paid with the E-WOW GIFT CARD and WOW GIFT CARD).

The E-WOW GIFT CARD and the WOW GIFT CARD generate the relevant W-coin points only for purchases.

 

Throughout the duration of the Programme, Participants will be given the opportunity to collect more points by accruing “extra” W-coins depending on whether they participate in specific promotional activities, marketing initiatives and/or services promoted by WYCON.

 

W-coins will not be uploaded for purchases made without the Participant having identified themself according to the terms laid forth by the Programme. Such W-coins may not be credited subsequently.

 

In the event that purchased products for which W-coins have accrued are returned in part or in whole, WYCON will transfer the W-coins accrued, in proportion to the amount reimbursed and based on the W-coins earned at the time of the transaction.

The W-coins will be loaded and accounted for by the system within 48 hours. In the event of unexpected technical problems, they can be loaded within a longer period.

Participants may accumulate W-coins up to 31/12/2019.

 

5. COLLECTING W-COIN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EURO ZONE

Participants may collect W-coins through purchases made within Stores present on Territories in the following chart.

RUSSIA                     100 RUB = 1 W-coin

KAZAKHSTAN         500 KZT = 1 W-coin

LEBANON                 2,000 LBP = 1 W-coin

UKRAINE                  50 UAH = 1 W-coin

SWITZERLAND        1 CFH = 1 W-coin

GEORGIA                  5 GEL = 1 W-coin

SERBIA                     200 RSD = 1 W-coin

 

By collecting the aforementioned W-coins, they may be credited in order to achieve the levels of participation and derive the benefits provided for by these rules in Italy.

 

6. LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION AND BENEFITS

The WYCON Squad programme is divided into three levels of participation, each of which entitles customers to discounts and benefits. These benefits reflect the level of participation.

 

6.1. PURE

Upon registering, customers participate in the Programme at Pure level.

At this level, the Participant may:

- Accumulate W-coins

- Receive discounts and promotions aimed at all loyalty customers

 

6.2. BRAVE

When 100 W-coins are collected, the Participant automatically switches to Brave level. At this level the Participant may: 

  • Accumulate W-coins
  • Receive discounts and promotions aimed at all loyalty customers
  • Enjoy 10% discount on a selection of products not in promotion

6.3. FEARLESS

When 500 W-coins are collected, all Participants automatically switch to Fearless level.

At this level the Participant may:

Accumulate W-coins

Receive discounts and promotions aimed at all loyalty customers

Enjoy 15% discount on a selection of products not in promotion 

 

7. W-coin BALANCE

W-coins collected through participation in the Programme will be registered in an electronic account held and managed by WYCON.

The Participant can establish the value of their W-coin balance by using the purchase receipt for payments made in one of the Stores or through the Website in the “Personal Area” customers section.

W-coins obtained as a result of each purchase are personal and exclusively attributable to an individual Participant. The W-coins accumulated by a Participant are attributable only to them and are not transferable to other Participants. 

If a Participant wishes to make any complaint concerning their W-coin balance, they must do so in writing and send it to the customer service department within 30 days of becoming aware of their balance. 

Complaints must be accompanied by appropriate documentation. WYCON S.p.A. will verify the Participant’s complaints. The W-coin balance is considered approved if there are no complaints within the aforementioned period.

W-coins expire on 31/12/2019. From midnight on the day after, each participant’s W-coin balance will be reset and all Participants will return to Pure level. 

 

8. SUSPENSION OF THE WYCON PROGRAMME

WYCON may revoke or change the terms of execution of the Programme for just cause, pursuant to art. 1990 of the Italian Civil Code.

Participants will be informed of the early termination and suspension of the Programme (including the consequences thereof) at least 30 days beforehand or, in case of suspension, as far in advance as possible or immediately after the event at the latest.

Such communications may be made by WYCON through the Website and will be available in all Stores.

 

9. WITHDRAWAL OF PARTICIPATION

Participants may terminate their membership of the Program at any time by making a request to the following address fidelity@wyconcosmetics.com.

WYCON may exclude a Participant from the Programme, withdrawing their registration with immediate effect for just cause, and providing written notice to the Participant with reference to the relevant reasons. Just cause includes, for example, fraudulent or wrongful participation in the Programme or other violations of the Rules or applicable laws. This situation will no longer allow W-coins to be accumulated on purchases made and will result in the loss of benefits related to Programme participation (promotional and/or marketing activities reserved for Participants).

 

10. CHANGES TO WYCON PROGRAMME RULES

WYCON reserves the right to supplement or amend the Rules, ensuring that the changes made do not affect the rights acquired by the Participants. Any changes will be made known to the Participants through specific communications on the Website or through all Stores.

 

11. DATA PROCESSING

The Participants’ personal data will be processed by WYCON, as the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and subsequent amendments and/or additions, including through the use of electronic tools, for purposes related to the smooth running of the Programme.

A copy of the privacy statement is available on the Website and in the Stores.

 

12. CUSTOMER SERVICE

For any questions or complaints regarding the Programme, Participants may contact WYCON customer services by writing to fidelity@wyconcosmetics.com. 

Customer requests for clarification regarding their W-coin balance must be sent to customer services within 7 days for purchases made in the Stores and on the Website.
